In the case of fashion shoots with models, a model release form has been signed by both the model and the photographer prior to the shoot. It is clear that in the case of an exhibition and if a photo is sold or in the case of an award won via a competition, Kyra Melinda will receive all proceedings and subjects appearing in photographs have no share. Subjects appearing in the People of Brighton and Fashion segments of this website have no right to re-use, sell, exhibit, publish and republish photographic material they appear in without the written consent of Kyra Melinda.
